About the Role: Coordinate and support effective Return-to-Work (RTW) plans for injured workers Liaise with treating providers, employers, and insurers to achieve timely outcomes Provide early intervention and injury management services Conduct workplace visits and meetings to support recovery and safe RTW Manage cases proactively, maintaining accurate notes and reports Facilitate medical reviews, case conferences, and teleconferences Negotiate upgrades in functional and physical capacity where appropriate Build strong professional relationships with clients, employers, and key stakeholders.
